About the Program:
The Ideas to Impact accelerator program is designed to help entrepreneurs validate their business models, strengthen confidence, and gain traction by equipping you with the tools and mindset to grow sustainably and create real impact.

What To Expect:
- 16 weeks of guided startup activities using LeanStack’s continuous innovation framework. Developed by Ash Maurya, best-selling author of Running Lean and Scaling Lean, LeanStack has helped thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide validate their ideas, avoid costly mistakes, and create businesses that truly work.
- Hands-on support in areas including marketing, finances, and operations, with ongoing testing, learning, and iterating.
- Business model coaching: Learn to map and validate your business model using the Lean Canvas.
- Weekly in person peer accountability / mentor sessions to help you stay on track.

Program Fee
$1,500 to $300*
Scholarships available to increase access!
* Impact Scholarships Available: Impact Hub Houston aims to accelerate your path to greater entrepreneurial success and upward mobility. If you need assistance, we offer an Impact Scholarship to make this program more accessible. If selected, you will receive a scholarship in the form of a $1200 Fee Credit directly applied to the fee, which will reduce the program cost to $300.

- Has started a business but is overwhelmed with what to do next
- Needs help developing your business strategy and roadmap
- Wants to learn proven startup and operations processes to evaluate and adapt
- Wants to be in community with peers who are excited to connect and offer mutual support
